Trial Version Download Questions and Answers
System Requirements:
- Windows® 2000 XP Home and Professional Vista Windows 7
- 1200 x 800 or better screen resolution is highly recommended.
- IE Explorer 4.0 or higher. IE Explorer does not need to be your default web browser
- Regularly updated versions of Windows® will be compatible with B737 NG Systems Review.
Why is a screen resolution of 1200 x 800 recommended ?
B737 NG Systems review is designed to run in a "wide screen" format to allow the best possible representation of the various instrument
panels.
How will I know if my computer supports 1200 x 800 or better screen resolution ?
If your screen is rectangular in shape and you can see the test page without a "scroll bar" at the bottom of the screen, your computer supports
1200 x 800 resolution. Show me the Test Page.
I've got a "scroll bar" at the bottom and I can't see the whole image, now what ?
You'll have to scroll horizontally on most of the modules in the program. Try out the trial version and see if you can live with it. B737 NG
Systems Review can be an excellent excuse to get a new computer.
I don't use IE Explorer as my web browser, why do I need it ?
B737 NG Review "borrows" some of IE Explorer's program coding and browser characteristics. This just means that version 4.0 or higher
needs to reside in your Windows® operating system; it doesn't have to be your default browser. If you have un installed IE Explorer for any
reason, B737 NG Systems Review may not operate properly.
What's the download and installation time ?
This is a large program requiring about 150 MB of free space on your hard drive. The files are compressed and are "unzipped" during the
installation. The Trial Version download time is about 5 minutes with a high speed connection. Installation time is about 1 1/2 to 2 minutes
depending on your system.
Is there a Mac® version ?
The Mac® version is still in development and testing and should be available by the first quarter of 2010.
